Crossbows are a primary weapon of the Archer. They are also used by the Sharpshooter and her advanced classes. Crossbows have a range between that of Shortbows and Longbows and fire three arrows with each left mouse click, giving them the highest DPS of all bow types.
There is a short reload delay between each three-shot burst. Keep this in mind when switching targets.
