Details
This skill, despite it's description, will not affect the primary target which triggers it. Thus, it becomes a passive that will have no effect whatsoever in 1 v 1 situations. Upon activating, it deals the stated damage to ONE OTHER target in the proximity of the primary target, based on whoever is the nearest -with a slight chance to electrocute. The damage is based on the Priest's magic attack, not as a percentile of the skill which triggered it. It is the only passive that has no use whatsoever when dealing with a single target, making Inquisitors highly disadvantaged when such situations occur.
