A server is a computer system that holds all the game information and allows the player to interact with the world. When starting out each player will have the option to pick a server to play on. Players can choose to play Dragon Nest in another server, but doing so will require migrating to a new character, as no characters and no items on one server can be transferred to a different server.
There are four servers in the North American game.
Two West Coast Servers:

Channels
Each server has many channels, and each channel displays how busy it is. Ordered from least busy to most busy, channel statuses are:
- Normal
- Fair
- Busy
There are some channels that are used for special locations.
- The channels under the Arena tab leads to PvP Arena
- The channel "Edge of Darkness" places players in Rozin Sanctuary
