The crest scholar of Saint's Haven.
He participated in The Dragon Raid 50 years prior to the present day. He did research on the Black Dragon and the Plague Rain caused by the Black Dragon. Stashy witnessed Velskud's betrayal during the war. Also, with the players help, he discovers that the Black Dragon was actually a weapon created by the Ancients.
